Prudens Global Equity Fund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The objective of the sub-fund is primarily to achieve a long-term capital gain by investing in securities and other investments in accordance with the principle of
principle of risk diversification in securities and other investments with the integration of certain ESG characteristics (i.e. environmental, social and corporate governance characteristics) and sustainability risks into the investment process.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

It is an actively managed sub-fund without reference to a benchmark. The sub-fund invests its assets permanently and directly primarily (at least 51%) in equity securities and equity securities (shares, shares with warrants, etc.) of companies worldwide. The sub-fund invests mainly in shares of companies selected on the basis of traditional equity analysis (fundamental bottom-up analysis of various individual stocks, technical analysis of price performance). Derivative financial instruments are used by the sub-fund as part of its investment objective as a fundamental instrument with a view to generating additional income and possibly reducing risks. In this context, the asset manager is responsible for selecting the individual assets. The income remains in the sub-fund and increases the value of the units (accumulating) and the sub-fund is suitable for investors with a long-term investment horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
